SM Equity Fund, LLC consists of many private equity investments in companies that we see have the potential to be “that next great business you have not yet heard of!” As fund managers we have the opportunity to see many companies. It is the occasional business that we come across that we believe has tremendous upside potential, therefore we choose to invest.This fund is able to provide investors with the diversification of investing in many companies while only having to participate in one investment.

Our primary consideration when determining to invest in companies comes down to the people and their history. We have a proven track record that fits what select investors are trying to achieve.

For our portfolio companies we are a great resource which brings significant benefit to our investors. We have experience and skills to create and develop ideas and strategies to execute those ideas. We utlize our many connections that most likely these companies wouldn’t have access too. It is our objective to see our companies flourish by passing along our knowledge from having “been there” and “done that!”
